An Amber Alert has been released for 3-year-old Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney: She was last seen playing with other children during an outdoor birthday party at Tom Brown Village housing community around 8:30 p.m. in Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday, October 12, 2019.

Cupcake was thought to have been abducted by a man and a woman. The community and police came together to search for her but she was not found. Then on Wednesday, October 16 the police received a tip. Police and a helicopter arrived at the apartment complex on Jefferson Avenue in Birmingham. The media rushed to the area report the story. Then social media began to report she had been found, but it was not true. She is still missing.

On Tuesday afternoon, Chief Patrick Smith of the Birmingham Police Department announced that two “persons of interest” were being questioned, reports CBS. Patrick Devone Stallworth, 39, and Derick Irisha Brown, 29 were later arrested for charges unrelated to the disappearance of Cupcake. WIAT said that Stallworth is charged with four counts of possession of child pornography and three counts of possession of child pornography with the intent to distribute. Brown had her probation revoked.

While the search was going on, allegations began showing up on social media saying that Cupcake was unsupervised at the party she was last seen at. Other social media comments from individuals at the party stated that she was seen peeing on the grass and although several times she was escorted back home, her mother was never seen and Cupcake just returned back to the party.

Kamille Cupcake McKinney is 3-feet and weighing 60 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, and was last seen wearing a pink T-shirt with a Minnie Mouse design and leopard print shorts with yellow, white and blue bows in her hair.
